「Ossicles」

Sound is collected by the pinna
as vibration of air and transmitted to the eardrum through the ear canal.
The vibration of the air causes the eardrum to vibrate,
the vibration is amplified by the ossicles,
and the cochlea of the inner ear converts the vibration
into an electrical signal and transmits it to the brain.

The ossicles are the three small bones in the ear.

I always think about the abstraction of expression by sound, not music.
